Sun StorEdge 351x/33x0 Arrays: Mute Button Held During Reset of Array Will Cause False Battery Failure Messages

Symptoms

False battery failure events can get generated if the mute button on the right front of the RAID or JBOD expansion array is stuck in the depressed position during a reset of the array.

The DRIVE LED patterns will be all amber, then all green, then all off, then random green on. This cycle repeats until the mute button is unstuck.
