Goal

This document should provide some hints for troubleshooting a flar installation if you turn your attention to the image.

 Check the patches for flar ( LR is latest release )
 Check the flar image using flar -i
 List the content using option "info -l"
 Check the creation_platform and creation_hardware_class of the image to ensure that it will support the machine type to be installed.
 Ensure that you boot the system from the same OS release as the image the flar was created
 Use the 'split' option of flar to split the archive into one file for each section of the archive
