Goal

How to debug with moddebug when system boot is slow or hanging if a system appears to be booting slowly or hanging during the kernel boot phase where kernel modules are being loaded,
the procedure in this document describes how to identify which kernel module is affecting the system boot by setting the moddebug kernel variable in the /etc/system file and rebooting the system.
