Tape cartridge is stuck inside a 4mm DDS or 8mm Exabyte tape drive.

Unable to remove tape cartridge by pressing the unload button or by doing a power cycle of the unit.

Due to sensitive data, many Customers are often asking for their tape cartridge even when it is stuck inside the tape drive.
