Using SunMC's File Scanning Module to detect System Reboots

Goal
SunMC Agent reboots may not be detected by Sun Management Center due to a ~5 minute Agent polling delay from the SunMC Server, unfortunately said delay cannot be reduced in the current design of SunMC as the delay is built-in to avoid possible severe network performance degradation.
