Goal

The configuration utility which provides configuration administration operations on dynamically reconfigurable hardware resources is cfgadm.

Though cfgadm supports multiple device types, the scope of this document is limited to fibre channel devices, which could be either private loop or fabric devices.

Since many configuration sub-options are dependent on the type of connections between the host and target, this document is to explain the options for fc-private/direct attach devices.
