Solaris Cluster 3.x: Node/Server/System Fails to Join Cluster due to Duplicate Minor Number of VxVM disk group (Doc ID 1008346.1)

Symptoms

Solaris Cluster node is unable to join the cluster. The problem is that there are duplicate minor numbers assigned to multiple volumes in a VxVM (Veritas Volume Manager) environment.
