How to tell when a Solaris[TM] system is going to change from Daylight Saving Time to non-DST (Doc ID 1008590.1)

Goal

The displayed time on a Solaris system changes between Daylight Saving Time (DST) to non Daylight Saving Time at specified dates in the year if the specified timezone contains a rule to do this.  This document describes how to tell the days and times when this happens.
