Symptoms
The application fails to lock a file on an Network File System (NFS)
mounted filesystem.
Running a truss on the application shows that the application is sleeping.
For example:
fcntl(19, F_SETLK, 0x0077DB8C) (sleeping...)
signotifywait() (sleeping...)
lwp_cond_wait(0xFF163F98, 0xFF163FA8, 0xFEFF5C38) (sleeping...)
door_return(0x00000000, 0, 0x00000000, 0) (sleeping.
