Goal

When OBP encounters an error during the boot sequence, 'LED write value'
messages may appear along with error messages.
Here is an example of an 'LED write value' message.

{/N0/SB0/P1} DCB_ENTER_OBP command succeeded
{/N0/SB0/P2} DCB_ENTER_OBP command succeeded
