Goal

The Sun[TM] Remote System Control (RSC) card allows remote access to the system, independent of Solaris[TM], through the serial or Ethernet interface. The RSC is typically configured using the rsc-config script. If the Ethernet port was not configured at that time, the following procedure can be used to set up the Ethernet interface with a permanently assigned IP address.
