Service Managment Facility Service Tags (stlisten) service fails to start due to name services (Doc ID 1009821.1)

Symptoms

The following messages are seen when SMF (Service Management Facility) starts the Service Tags listener (stlisten):

    inetd[...]: Property 'name' of instance
svc:/network/stlisten:default is missing, inconsistent or invalid
inetd[...]: Property 'proto' of instance
svc:/network/stlisten:default is missing, inconsistent or invalid
inetd[...]: Invalid configuration for
instance svc:/network/stlisten:default, placing in maintenance
The stlisten service is then in maintenance mode:
# svcs stlisten
STATE          STIME    FMRI
maintenance    16:50:24 svc:/network/stlisten:default
#
This typically occurs at boot time.
