Resolving irregular LOM events on the Netra[TM] T1400 and Netra [TM] T1405 after patch upgrade (Doc ID 1010679.1)

Symptoms

Netra[TM] T1400 and Netra[TM] T1405 platforms may report hardware failures after installation of patch: Patch ID: 110208-18 or Patch ID: 110208-19.
These events include reported fan failures, reported PSU failures and alarms being turned on and off. The fault LED may also be illuminate.
