Installation of Solaris[TM] 9 04/04 or Solaris[TM] 10 causes domain to panic or ERROR Fast Data Access MMU Miss (Doc ID 1010901.1)

Symptoms

System panics with a Fast Data Access MMU Miss error when trying to install Solaris[TM] 9 or 10.

The following issue has been reported when trying to install Solaris[TM] 9 04/04 or Solaris[TM] 10 on a Sun Fire[TM] v1280, E2900, 3800, 4800, 4810, 6800, E4900, E6900 or netra 1280, 1290 domain from cdrom or network.

Basically the system panics with the message, "Fast Data Access MMU Miss".

Actual error output (from console logs):

The issue has also been seeing when doing a "boot net install". Sometimes it panics with following message:

panic[cpu8]/thread=140a000: BAD TRAP: type=31 rp=1409430 addr=7000007dff8 mmu_fsr=0
