HSM (SAM-QFS): "No space left on device" Can Be Caused By A Full Metadata Device (Doc ID 1011298.1)

Symptoms

No space left on device is seen, but the df -k command does not indicate that file system is 100% full. Messages similar to the following can be seen in /var/adm/messages:
