Symptoms

 The following errors occur on an NFS server:

May 10 12:51:04 <NFS server hostname> unix: NOTICE: nfs_server: client (192.168.200.20) sent NFS request from unprivileged port
May 10 12:52:13 <NFS server hostname> unix: NOTICE: nfs_server: client (192.168.200.20) sent NFS request from unprivileged port 
May 10 12:56:01 <NFS server hostname> last message repeated 19 times
May 10 12:56:11 <NFS server hostname> unix: NOTICE: nfs_server: client (192.168.200.20) sent NFS request from unprivileged port
May 10 12:56:13 <NFS server hostname> unix: NOTICE: nfs_server: client (192.169.200.20) sent NFS request from unprivileged port
May 10 12:56:25 <NFS server hostname> last message repeated 1 time
May 10 12:56:37 <NFS server hostname> unix: NOTICE: nfs_server: client (192.168.200.20) sent NFS request from unprivileged port

The noted client is not able to mount shares from the NFS server.
