Solaris Volume Manager (SVM) - Removing and Recreating Soft Partitions can lead to Corruption (Doc ID 1012776.1)

Symptoms

If you have created a number of Solaris Volume Manager (SVM) soft partitions sequentially on an underlying device, then removed one of the soft partitions and then recreated the soft partition at a different size, it is possible that the new soft partition overlaps other soft partitions.
