Errors after upgrading from AVS 3.1/3.2 to 4.0:
Unable to configure the "AVS configuration database" for Sun Cluster 3.2 OE on a "did" raw partition after upgrading.

After upgrading AVS from ver 3.1 to 4.0 and trying to configure the location of the AVS cluster specific configuration database using:

# dscfgadm -x -s /dev/did/rdsk/d#s#

Configuration of the AVS cluster configuration database fails with :
Unable to initialize cluster configuration database

The Availability Suite 3.x configuration database was housed in a single location for both clustered and non-clustered environments.  The 4.0 database separates these between clustered and local/non-clustered environments.
