Symptoms

This article addresses a problem where message SLS2984D is issued for scratch mounts in one particular LSM when it is low on scratches but there are still scratches in other LSMs of the ACS.

Message SLS2984D is issued for the correct scratch pool and the D SCR DET shows there are eligible scratches in the ACS.

Even though there are eligible scratch volumes in another LSM of the same ACS, HSC does not pass it through to satisfy the mount and SLS2984D issued.
