Symptoms

Messages SMC0045 and SMC0046 are issued during allocation of a DFHSM mount.
Incorrect subpool may be selected for the scratch mount resulting in SLS2984D message.

SMC0045 Conflicting exclusion criteria for job DFHSM step DFHSM
SMC0046 POLRECTECH would have excluded all devices; Not honored
SMC0046 POLMEDIA would have excluded all devices; not honored
SLS2984D ? on drive xxxx; shortage acsid; media; rectech; subpool; reply I / T,capid,vol / R / M,vol

Subpool listed in SLS2984D is incorrect and does not contain the correct media to match the drive.
