Symptoms

Mount of VTV pending
SLS5079E message issued
SLS5079E Mount of VVVVVV on DDDD - Failed (12) VTV: vvvvvv INACCESSIBLE/BAD VTSS ssssssss REFERENCED

Multiple hosts running HSC and VTCS.
Copy of affected VTV is on an MVC which is accessible to all VTSSs.
Not all VTSSs are accessible by all hosts.
VTV is resident in a VTSS that is inaccessible by the affected host.
