ACSLS - mchanger Driver Fails to Attach with Fibre Attached Library (Doc ID 1013247.1)

Symptoms

The following error messages are generated after running the install.sh or install_scsi_sol.sh scripts:

devsadm: driver failed to attach: mchanger

Warning: Driver (mchanger) successfully added to system but failed to attach
mchanger fails to attach

Changes

Added  a new Fibre-attach tape library to the ACSLS configuration.  The HBA is a Qlogic-branded card.
