Symptoms

Virtual scratch mount fails.
VTV scratch mount fails.
MOUNT SCRTCH command was issued to satisfy mount request.
SLS5079E Mount of ? on xxxx - Failed (12) - Invalid virtual subpool xxxxxx
SLS5079E Mount of PRIVAT on xxxx - Failed(12) - invalid virtual subpool xxxxxx
Subpool listed in the SLS5079E message is not a virtual subpool.
