Symptoms

Message SMC0110 was not issued
Data check on a VTV
Message: IOS000I dev,chp,DCK,xx,xxxx,,**,volser,[jabname] - Tape swap start detected
Message: IGF500I Swap dev1 to dev2 - I/O error
Message: IGF500D Reply 'YES', Device, or 'NO'
Swap request from a virtual device to a physical device
SMC did not process the swap
