Symptoms

HSC WTOR messages are not on the console
Certain HSC messages do not show up on the console
The messages are only in D R,R output
WTOR messages are not highlighted on the console
SLS0088D doesn't show up on the console
SLS2126D doesn't show up on the console
SLS0107D doesn't show up on the console
