Symptoms

A mount-scratch operation in ACSLS fails if the scratch volume is being mounted to a drive that is in another LSM
The acsss_config.log does not show any PASSTHRU PORTS for the SL8500 LSM
No compatible scratch volumes
No scratch available from client software
'query scratch <pool_ID>' shows plenty of scratch volumes in the specified scratch pool
