Symptoms

Error received after issuing HSC command Query Reply
Release CAP did not clear the problem
VOLRPT does not show any errant volumes
The SLS2261I message is received five times
SLS2261I Auto cap enter - unexpected return code 65012534

Tapes can be ejected and entered via the CAP with no problems
