Purpose

This document is to be used with resolving issues involving problems with MVCDRAIN utility or RECLAIM utility.

Problem symptoms:

Reclaim problem
Offsite MVC being called for reclaim
Offsite MVC being called for drain
Reclaim stalled waiting for offline device
No MVCs afer running MVCDRAIN utility
