Symptoms

Message LCM0107E is issued when ELS/HSC is running at version 7.1.
                                         
LCM0107E StorageTek Library Content Manager requires Enterprise Library Software 7.1.0 or above.
LCM0004E StorageTek Library Content Manager terminated because of errors. 

Changes

Upgraded to ELS 7.1 and LCM 7.1.
