HSC - Reply of Ignore to SLS2126D Results in SLS0906E With The Mount Still Pending (Doc ID 1014357.1)

Symptoms

Message: SLS2126D Mount of xxxxxx on drive xxxx - Volume is not in library; Reply, "I", "R", "T", "P", "T,capid" or "P,capid"
Replied Ignore to SLS2126D because volume isn't available but the mount is still outstanding/pending.
Message: SLS0906E Mount of volser on drive - Unable to mount
SLS0906E is issued and highlighted on the console.
