Symptoms

RACF issues ICH408I message for VTV mount in when RMM is the TMS.


VTCS issues SLS6768I during scratch synchronization when RMM is the TMS.
RACF issues ICH408I message during scratch synchronization when RMM is the TMS.

ICH408I INSUFFICIENT ACCESS AUTHORITY
SLS6768I DFSMSRMM API ERROR, VTV volser, CHANGEVOLUME, RC=8, RS=0
