Why do some MVCs not show up on an MVCRPT?
An MVC that had been on the MVCRPT and now isn't listed.
How to get Not-Initialized MVCs to show up on the MVCRPT.

Can an Uninitialized MVC be changed to Initialized before it is used by VTCS?
