Message SLS0869I Received For Drive Owned By Inactive Host (Doc ID 1014780.1)

Symptoms

Message SLS0869I is issued for an RTD.
VT QU LOCKs output shows the RTD is held by a host that is not currently active.
Tape is mounted on drive.
Unable to unload tape.
VT D RTD output shows the drive is IDLE.
Using the VT V RTD(xxxx),OFFLINE then ONLINE commands does not cause the volume to unload.

SLS0869I Errant recovery of volser - {drive xxxx/driveid AAL:PP:NN} is loaded; reply Retry or Ignore (R/I)
