ACSLS - Software fails to start, DBMS error. Return code (08004) (Doc ID 1014916.1)

Symptoms

The file /usr/lib/ibsad001.so is no longer a soft-link to /export/home/ACSSS/lib/libacsxbsa.so (Solaris and Linux) or /export/home/ACSSS/lib/libacsxbsa.a (AIX)
/export/home/informix/IDS7.3/bin/onbar_d: fatal: /usr/lib/ibsad001.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64

acsss_event.log will show the following if the logical logs have filled up: Return code (08004) and message ("[Informix][Informix ODBC Driver][Informix]Attempt to connect to database server (lib6serv) failed.") not mappable to DI_STATUS

Changes

Another application was installed on the ACSLS server.  This application also uses Informix to manage its database.
