Symptoms

Errors received for MVC
MVC report shows Logically Ejected "J" status for an MVC
MVC report shows In Error "B" status for an MVC
Unable to migrate VTVs
MVC mount receives an ECAM error
VTV migration fails

SLS6684I RTD dddd on VTSS xxxx returned ECAM error cc=05 rc=114
SLS6686I RTD dddd volume mounted is not a MVC
SLS6687I RTD dddd NEW VOLUME volser IS NOT A MVC

New install or new MVCs added.
