Symptoms

Communication failure
ACSAPI failure has occurred
RM00A5B - A communication or ACSAPI failure has occurred. Verify the product is installed correctly and try the request again.
RM0045B - A communication or ACSAPI failure has occurred. Please refer to the previously listed messages in the job log.
RM00B5B - A communication or ACSAPI failure has occurred. Verify the product is installed correctly and try the request again.
RM0005B - A communication or ACSAPI failure has occurred.
