Goal

Can VTVs that were deleted with DELSCR(YES) be suppressed from the VTVRPT?
Can VTVs that were deleted with DELETSCR be suppressed from the VTVRPT?
Can empty VTVs be removed from the VTVRPT?

VTVRPT lists empty VTVs
VTVs that had been deleted using DELSCR(YES) are listed on a VTVRPT.
After using DELETSCR utility, empty VTVs are listed on the VTVRPT.
Empty VTVs show up on a VTVRPT.
DELETSCR utility was used to delete scratch VTVs.
