Symptoms

When unloaded, cleaning light comes on
After using Cleaning tape, cleaning light comes back on
Cleaning light comes on when drive unloaded
Cleaning light comes on after using a cleaning tape
Will load tapes but will not write
Drive requesting cleaning tape
Cleaning light stays on
Tapes will not mount or dismount
