ACSLS - "acsss" User Id Cannot Login at the Console (Doc ID 1015633.1)

Symptoms

When acsss account tries to log on to the server locally at the console it immediately logs off
User id acsss cannot login at the console via X Windows with the Solaris Common Desktop Environment (CDE)
acsss user id cannot login at the console
Can log on to the server with acssa
Can telnet into the server remotely with the acsss account

No known changes in the system
