Informix backup filesystem is not getting cleaned up
timed_bkup.sh is not cleaning backup directory of expired backup files

Error messages when timed_bkup.sh runs:
log_it.sh 2263: Error: Failed to clear sysutils database. Exiting.
log_it.sh 2258: Warning: Expired backup files could not be removed.
log_it.sh 2236: Informix database backup successfully completed.
