MVCDRAIN fails with CC=8
MVCDRAIN completed without errors
RECLAIM fails with CC=8
RECLAIM completed without errors
Occurs when offsite MVC is drained using local MVC copies
Occurs when lost MVC is drained using local MVC copies
SLS0155I CONDITION CODE FOR UTILITY FUNCTION IS 8
