Sun StorageTek Enterprise Library Software (ELS) - Version 7.0 and later
IBM z/OS on System z

Goal

VTV status is FENCED.
VTV Report shows VTV as "FENCED"
Display VTV output shows VTV with FENCED status.
There is not a good copy of the VTV on a MVC.
Process to clear a fenced VTV from the VTSS when there is not a good copy on MVC.
How to remove a fenced VTV from the VTSS if it isn't migrated to an MVC.
