Symptoms
Unable to synchronize the scratch status of a range of VTVs.
VTVs have never been used.
Getting message SLS6671E but there are volumes available for scratch however the scratch sync does not set them to scratch in the CDS.
SLS6671E PPPPPP SCRATCH POOL EMPTY. REPLY R TO RETRY

VTVs are defined to VTCS.
VTVs are scratch in the TMS.
VTVs are defined in the VOLATTR.
VTVs are defined in a SCRPOOL.
VTVs have never been used.
Expiration dates blank.
RVNAME=VIRTUAL (After module SLUDRRMM is modified to include it.)

RVEXPDT (expiration date)
