RMLS - RM00A5B Message From RMLS When Trying to Communicate to ACSLS or Lib-Station (Doc ID 1016005.1)

Symptoms

Using an iSeries LPAR with RMLS 1.3, when allocating a tape drive,  gives the following error:
Message ID . . . . . . : RM0005B, A communication or ACSAPI failure has occurred.

Changes

The customer copied the RMLS library from one LPAR and installed it onto a TestDR LPAR. The RM0005B error occurs in the TestDR LPAR.
