Symptoms

New cleaning tape's label is being reused from an old spent cleaning tape.
New cleaning cartridges are not being selected by ACSLS.
ACSLS is not selecting a recycled cleaning tape label.
Usage Count for a reused cleaning tape label is not being reset

Changes

Entered new cleaning tapes into the library.
