Symptoms

1.  LibAttach cannot communicate with ACSLS server.
2.  Portmapper was not running on the ACSLS server.
3.  All of the portmapper services are not present.

Changes

Memory card was replaced on the ACSLS server. The server's network interface attributes were changed.
