Symptoms

Lost all subpool and scratch volume information

Changes

Moved ACSLS server from a connection to two 9310 libraries and one SL8500 library, to a connection from ACSLS server to just one SL8500 library.
The configuration changed from two ACS's, acs0 and acs1, to just one ACS designated as acs0.
