Goal

Is it possible to use the Coupling Facility if all hosts sharing the CDS do not run VTCS?
Can the coupling facility be used if the CDS is shared by VM/HSC?
Can VTCS lock data be held in a Coupling Facility Structure if all hosts do not have access to the Coupling Facility Structure?
