Symptoms

After installing NetBackup Vault 5.1 MP6,  the following issues were reported in Netbackup: 

- Vault errors with STATUS_ROBOT_VOL_NOT_IN_LIB
- Vault errors with volume not in library but ACSLS volrpt shows volume is in home cell
- Volumes affected are in home cells with PANEL, ROW and COLUMN numbers in double-digits like (1,1,10,20,25)

Installed NetBackup Vault 5.1 MP6
