Message SLS0905D Is Issued When Cleaning Cartridges Are Available In The ACS (Doc ID 1016291.1)

Symptoms

This article addresses the problem where message SLS0905D is issued for a drive clean request when eligible cleaning cartridges are available in the ACS.

Cleaning media is available in the library but not being used
HSC issues SLS0905D when it should find the cleaning tapes in the library
T10000 cleaning cartridges are not recognized
T10K cleaning cartridges are not recognized
T10000 cleaner media in the ACS is not recognized
9840D cleaning cartridges are not recognized

SLS0905D NO CARTRIDGES TO CLEAN DRIVE dddd ACS aa; REPLY "I", "T, CAPID,VOLSER", OR "R"
